1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership and use of the services provided by AHFFA Multipurpose Pvt. Ltd. ("AHFFA", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a private limited company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, with its principal office at Gourangsa, Kokrajhar, Assam — 783370.

AHFFA operates as an agricultural multipurpose investment alliance, engaged in agriculture, horticulture, husbandry, forestry, aquaculture, and allied activities in Northeast India. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", or "your") and AHFFA.

By completing the registration process and paying the membership fee, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age, are legally competent to enter into contracts, and agree to these Terms in full.

2. Membership Terms

2.1 Eligibility. Membership is open to Indian citizens aged 18 years and above who reside in India. The Company reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.

2.2 Registration Fee. A one-time, non-refundable membership fee of ₹499 (Rupees Four Hundred and Ninety-Nine only) is payable at the time of registration. This fee covers one (1) investment unit in AHFFA's agricultural portfolio, issuance of a membership certificate, and activation of a member account.

2.3 Membership Certificate. Upon successful KYC verification and fee payment, a membership certificate bearing a unique Member ID will be issued within 3–5 working days.

2.4 Member ID. Each member will receive a unique Member ID in the format AHF-YYYY-XXX. This ID is non-transferable.

2.5 Suspension & Termination. The Company may suspend or terminate a membership in cases of misrepresentation, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms without refund.

• Members must provide accurate personal information and keep it updated.
• Members must not create multiple accounts.
• Members must not misrepresent AHFFA's products or returns when recruiting referrals.
• Members must not engage in any activity that brings AHFFA into disrepute.

3. Investment & Returns

3.1 Nature of Investment. The membership fee constitutes an investment unit in AHFFA's collective agricultural and forestry portfolio. This is not a bank deposit, fixed deposit, or guaranteed financial instrument. Returns are subject to the performance of agricultural activities.

3.2 Projected Returns. AHFFA projects a return of approximately 7× (seven times) the membership fee over a 15-year investment period. This is a projection based on planned agricultural activities and market conditions, and is not a guaranteed return. Actual returns may be higher or lower.

3.3 Investment Term. The investment is designed for a minimum holding period of 15 years. Early redemption of principal investment units is not permitted unless specifically approved by the Company's Board of Directors under exceptional circumstances.

3.4 No Guarantee. Investments in agricultural enterprises carry inherent risks including but not limited to weather events, pest damage, market price fluctuations, regulatory changes, and natural disasters. AHFFA does not guarantee any specific return on investment.

3.5 Agricultural Loan. Members who have maintained active membership for a minimum of 2 (two) continuous years may apply for an agricultural loan facility, subject to eligibility criteria and approval by the Company.

4. Referral Programme

4.1 Direct Referral Commission. Each member receives a unique referral link. When a new member registers using your referral link or code and their membership is activated, you earn a direct referral commission of ₹100 (Rupees One Hundred only), credited to your AHFFA wallet.

4.2 Level-Based Rewards (ACB). Members accumulate Alliance Credit Bonds (ACB) based on their team's performance across multiple levels. The reward milestones are:

• Gold Gift (1 ACB): Eligible for a gold gift reward upon achieving 1 ACB.
• Motorcycle (3 ACB): Eligible for a motorcycle reward upon achieving 3 ACB.
• Car (8 ACB): Eligible for a car reward upon achieving 8 ACB.
• House Construction Assistance (12 ACB): Eligible for house construction assistance upon achieving 12 ACB.

4.3 Programme Integrity. Any attempt to manipulate the referral programme, create fictitious accounts, or engage in fraudulent referrals will result in immediate membership termination and forfeiture of all accrued commissions and rewards.

4.4 Commission Disputes. Commission disputes must be raised within 30 days of the disputed event by contacting AHFFA support at ahffa@gmail.com.

5. Wallet & Withdrawals

5.1 AHFFA Wallet. Each member has a digital wallet within the AHFFA platform where referral commissions and other eligible earnings are credited.

5.2 Withdrawal Eligibility. Wallet balances (referral commissions and eligible earnings) may be withdrawn subject to:

• Completion of KYC verification (Voter ID / Aadhaar + photo).
• Minimum withdrawal amount of ₹100.
• Verified bank account details on file.

5.3 Processing Time. Approved withdrawals will be processed within 3–7 working days via NEFT/IMPS to the member's registered bank account.

5.4 TDS Deduction. Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) will be applied to wallet withdrawals as per applicable Indian tax laws. Members are responsible for their own income tax obligations.

5.5 Principal Investment. The ₹499 principal investment amount is not withdrawable during the 15-year investment term and is not part of the wallet balance.

6. KYC Requirements

6.1 Mandatory KYC. All members are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as mandated by applicable regulations. KYC requires submission of:

• A valid Government-issued photo identity document (Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, or PAN Card).
• A recent passport-size photograph.

6.2 Verification Timeline. KYC documents will be verified within 1–3 working days of submission. Membership activation is contingent on successful KYC verification.

6.3 Document Accuracy. All submitted documents must be genuine and unmodified. Submission of forged or altered documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

6.4 Re-KYC. The Company may request updated KYC documents at any time. Failure to comply within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AHFFA Multipurpose Pvt. Ltd. and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

7.2 AHFFA's total liability to any member for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the membership shall not exceed the amount paid by that member as their membership fee (₹499).

7.3 Force Majeure. AHFFA shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, drought, government actions, civil unrest, pandemics, or failure of third-party services.

7.4 Members acknowledge that agricultural investment carries inherent risks and that past projections do not guarantee future performance.

8. Governing Law

8.1 Jurisdiction. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kokrajhar, Assam, India.

8.2 Dispute Resolution. AHFFA encourages amicable resolution of disputes. Members are encouraged to contact AHFFA at ahffa@gmail.com or +91 8486753434 in the first instance. If disputes cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, either party may proceed to formal legal proceedings.

8.3 Amendments. AHFFA reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via SMS or the member dashboard. Continued use of the membership after notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

8.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

8.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AHFFA regarding your membership and supersede all prior agreements.
